 Senior Services and Beyond accepts Private Long-term Care Insurance.

Private Long-term Care Insurance is a type of insurance policy that can help pay for many types of long-term care for seniors including personal home-care. To ease our client’s burden of processing vast paperwork and to expedite the process of reimbursement of payments for benefits under our client’s long-term care coverage, Senior Services and Beyond assists with paperwork submission and direct communication with Insurance Companies on our client’s behalf with no additional or hidden fees.

 Senior Services and Beyond submits all required information and documents directly to the Insurance Company immediately upon receiving a request from our client’s respective Insurance Carrier.

 In order to help our clients access their long-term care benefits, Senior Services and Beyond provides the Insurance Company with the following information and documents as required by the Insurance Carrier:

  1. An updated copy of Home Care License
  2. Professional Certificate of Liability Insurance that covers the in-home caregiver
  3. Evidence of Bonding
  4. Completed ADL (Activities of Daily Living) forms
  5. Periodic (biweekly) fax submission of completed ADL forms to the Insurance Company
  6. Direct phone communication with Insurance Company’s Claims Representatives/Nurses
